Kings Creek Retreat has been lovingly established to provide an amazing group experience that diversifies farm Income. The NSW agri-tourism SEPP allows for 6 caravan sites, cabins or tiny homes on wheels.
Approved in 2012, the farm stay hosts family reunions, weddings, horsemanship clinics, wellness retreats and special gatherings. Combining agriculture, hospitality, permaculture and horse training, we have developed a successful, multi-purpose agri-tourism business. Proposed rezoning will expand the permissible uses under RU4 Primary Production - Small Lots.
The existing infrastructure and approvals provide the framework for passive income or expansion into artisan food and drink, cellar door premises, camping ground, dual occupancy, eco-tourist facilities, function centre, recreation facilities & respite.

Agri-Tourism = Lifestyle plus Income from Home
Agritourism is an experience or product that connects people to agriculture through visits or stays. Agritourism businesses range from accommodation, dining, education, activities & events. Farms provide the backdrop to experiences that help people understand & value farming. In turn this creates a sustainable source of extra income that supports regenerative land management. Everyone can contribute and benefit from farm stay experiences.
