Our purpose-built farm stay features a 15 × 18 m American Barn, disability access amenities, alfresco area, lounge room, kitchen, performance stage and a 22ft Lakota Tipi. The central lawn illuminates under a festoon glow where you can enjoy wood-fired pizzas around the cosy campfire. We have created a stunning space that hosts family reunions, NDIS camps, workshops, weddings and events.

If you do not want to actively host groups, the property is approved for passive income through medium term occupation or extended family living so you can have your cake and eat it too.

A generous retreat package includes operational fitout, furniture, materials, appliances, approvals and registrations, so retreat bookings can re-commence after contracts have exchanged.

Host group farm stays, wellness retreats, weddings, events, NDIS activities and respite. New owners can modify the website and activate their booking system following exchange of contracts.

If you prefer passive income at the retreat, you can offer occupation agreements for short - medium term accommodation. Our farm stay approval plus proposed zoning to RU4 allows for dual occupancy + 1 tiny house for permanent occupation + 5 more tiny homes, yurts, cabins or vans for short - medium term occupation.

Purchase the whole property or take advantage of shared ownership as tenants in common, so you can secure your futures and live with self-reliance. Owners would consider retaining a small share or partial vendor finance for the right people.
