When searching for our perfect property, we had many boxes to tick. We needed a place where we could create a balance between work, lifestyle, productivity & sustainability. We found our ‘Dream Acres’

The multi-purpose farm stay is Council approved to host group accommodation and agri-tourism experiences. The new NSW agri-tourism SEPP encourages accommodation, farm experiences, functions & even cellar door premises.  

Our facilities include a 15 x 18m Barndominium; the ultimate man shed featuring games room, jukebox, pool table, wood fire, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, breezeway, workshop and a 15 x 5 m undercover entertainment area. Outside there is an undercover campfire with seating and a wood fired pizza oven. Amenities include 2 full bathrooms, one of which is disability compliant. Group accommodation, an undercover stage and 22ft Lakota Tipi surrounds the main lawn which lights up with festoons at night.

We have created a ‘kick back and relax’ vibe that minimise management. The approvals are in perpetuity so, we do as much, or as little, as we please commercially. The improvements, setup and secluded location provide for a self-sufficient lifestyle and land share in addition to the property being our primary residence.

Our 4-bedroom home is well constructed from hard wood. It has character & comfort, featuring an open plan kitchen, Hampton inspired bathroom, cast iron wood oven, polished timber floors, wide decks, in-ground swimming pool and a hot tub. We have landscaped the grounds with rockery edging and low maintenance, perennial plants, a flourishing permaculture zone and vegetable beds. Listed as a super host on AirBnb with 5-star ratings.
